Providers are the backbone of our local collective impact model.
Play a direct role in building stronger communities.

Why Providers Matter

At the heart of Veterans Bridge Home’s mission are our providers. Our collective impact model relies on the expertise, services, and dedication of community-based organizations. Without our extensive network of providers, we couldn’t support service members, veterans, or their families in the way they deserve.

Partner with us to connect those who have served our country with the resources they need. Together, we’ll build stronger communities, one veteran at a time.

How to Become a Provider

Providers are federal, state, county, and nonprofit organizations who share our commitment to strengthening communities through collaboration and investment in the veteran population.

If your community-based organization is interested in joining our network, we will set up a conversation to walk you through the on-boarding and training process. This ensures you have the tools necessary to work effectively with veterans and family members throughout our network.

What is Expected of Providers

As a provider, we lean on you to know when a veteran, service member, or family needs help. You’ll send and receive referrals using Unite Us, attend your local Community Veterans Engagement Board, and support the veteran community in whatever way you can.

You’ll be a critical touchpoint for veterans, service members, and families, with your contributions directly impact the lives of veterans and strengthening the network of veteran support.
