From our monthly Veteran Coffees to family-friendly Veterans Day Festivals, and veteran-focused networking events to community happy hours, there are countless opportunities to connect with us and get involved with the veteran community near you.

Attend a VBH event

Star Spangled Salute

Supported by our Board of Directors, our signature event—the Star Spangled Salute—is an evening of military ceremony and pageantry that supports the veteran community. Enjoy a black-tie evening with a silent auction, plated meal, and inspiring keynote speakers like General James Amos, USMC (ret), General Stanley McChrystal, U.S. Army (ret), and Admiral William McRaven, U.S. Navy (ret). All of the proceeds from this event go to supporting veterans and their families across the Carolinas.

Host an Event for VBH

The Veterans Bridge Home space is available for rent for cocktail receptions, meetings, presentations, corporate events, and other events as approved. Space is available during regular business hours 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Please provide at least 15 business days advance notice.
Cost
  • For-profit organizations and private groups: nominal cost based on hours/usage
  • Non-profit organizations: zero, to minimal cost depending on event

Our premier space includes room for up to 50 people

  • 86-inch tv with Barco clickshare for easy one-click presentations 
  • Plenty of comfortable seating 
  • Podium, speaker, and microphone included 
  • Additional lounge/kitchen area included for catering (rentee to provide own catering) 
  • Clean-up/trash included 
  • Wifi included 

Large Conference Room 

  • Capacity for 25 people 
  • Two 75-inch tv’s great for presentation and virtual meeting 
  • Owl meeting technology (AV) for an immersive hybrid meeting experience with intelligent 360-degree camera, mic and speaker 
  • Wifi included 

Small Conference Room 

  • Capacity for up to 8 people. 
  • One 75-inch tv great for presentation and virtual meetings
